Quarantine Day 7 🍌 第一次做香蕉麵包,本來打算要拍vlog,到一半的時候手忙腳亂沒人幫我拍所以很多part漏掉了剩下最後都是試吃的。Anyway,還是像把這個未完整的vlog跟大家分享一下 🥺 接下来每天的早餐就是“它”了 🥰 Skinny Banana Bread recipe! Instructions. 1 Preheat the oven and butter a 4x8-inch bread pan. 2 In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until completely smooth. Stir the olive oil into the mashed bananas. 3 Mix in 230g unbleached flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Stir in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract, cinnamon powder. 4 Bake 30 minutes for 180°C until the bread turns crispy golden brown. 5 Remove from oven and let cool in the pan for a few minutes. Then remove the banana bread from the pan and let cool completely before serving. Slice and serve. 🥳🍌🍌🍌 Ingredient used. 4 Ripe bananas, 230g unbleached flour, 1 tbs vanilla extract, 1 tbs cinnamon powder, 2 tbs olive oil, 1 tbs baking powder, 1/2 tbs baking soda, 2 large eggs, 1 teaspoon salt, 3 tbs molasses sugar/coconut sugar. #LowCaloriesBananaBread #SkinnyBananaBread
